Josh went above and beyond, after installing a new light fixture he started tracking a break in wiring to repair 3 outlets that were not working. Making sure to explain codes and what he was doing every step of the way. Also repaired lights in our garage to allow for led instead of florescent lighting. He was on time, polite, even putting on special booties to protect my home.

Josh was at our home within 30 minutes of calling to quickly identify a missing grounded conductor that sent a power surge into the home. He shut off the main power and contacted the power company. After repairs Josh tested appliances and furnace for damage. He also wrote a detailed letter to be filed with the homeowners insurance detailing the loss of personal property. Josh was very professional and detail oriented at our first meeting, and he spent a good amount of time answering our questions and giving us ideas about options that would benefit our home and budget.
